- Very good aroma and complex coffee flavor, light acidity and strong body, nice earthiness, spicy and citrussy.

- Type of processing : semi washed (Small Farms), wet hulling technique.
- All coffee is shade grown, in a stunning natural environment that is home to the bird of paradise and uncounted other species.
- Good aroma, heavy body, with low acidity, chocolate with tobacco note and complex after taste.
