  • Type of processing : west indische bereiding, wet process.
  • Mostly produced by estate, small quantity produced by Small Holding Farmers.
  • mild robusta flavor aroma, less bitter and astringent, good body, clean.
2. Bali Robusta Coffee
  • Geographical Area : Pupuan, Bali.
  • 500 m -900 m altitude, fertile volcanic soil, dry climate, near equator (11 degree South).
  • Type of processing : west indische bereiding, wet process.
  • Mostly organic farming, mix farming, shaded coffee.
  • mild robusta flavor aroma, less astringent and bitter, clean, good body (mouth feel), long after taste.
3. Lampung Robusta Coffee
  • Geographical Area : Bukit Barisan Highland, Lampung (Southern Sumatera).
  • 500 m -1100 m altitude, medium, medium fertile to fertile volcanic soil, medium wet climate, near equator (5 degree South).
  • Type of processing : robusta semi washed and dry (Small Holders), medium beans.
  • Inorganic and organic farming system, medium shade trees application, fairs integrated farming.
  • good robusta flavor aroma, strong body, bitter hints and long last.
4. Flores Robusta Coffee
  • Geographical Area : Slope Areas Of Several Volcanoes, Mid And West Part of Flores Island.
  • 600 m -1200 m altitude, medium fertile to fertile volcanic soil, very dry climate, near equator (9 degree South).
  • Type of processing : dry (Small Holders), small beans.
  • mostly organic farming system, medium shade trees application, foor integrated farming.
  • good aroma and coffee flavor, good body neutral taste and woody notes.
