1. Sumatera Arabica Gayo Coffee
  • Geographical Area : Gayo Highland, Central Aceh, Bener Meriah sub-province.
  • 1000 m -1500 m altitude, fertile volcanic soil, wet climate, near equator (north).
  • Type of processing : mostly wet process, wet hulling (Small Holders) and small quantity wet process, dry hulling or fully wash process (very little).
  • Mostly organic farming system under shade trees.
  • Very good aroma and complex coffee flavor, good acidity and rich body. Hints of vanilla, frutty.
2. Sumatera Arabica Mandheling Coffee
  • Geographical Area : Bukit Barisan Highland, North Sumatera.
  • 1000 m -1500 m altitude, fertile volcanic soil, wet climate, very near equator (north).
  • Type of processing : wet process, wet hulling (Small Holders).
  • Growth under shade trees and without shade.
  • Very good aroma and complex coffee flavor, light acidity and strong body, nice earthiness, spicy and citrussy.
3. Sumatera Arabica Lintong Coffee
  • Geographical Area : Bukit Barisan Highland, North Sumatera, Surrounding Lake Toba.
  • 1300 m -1600 m altitude, fertile volcanic soil, wet climate, very near equator (north).
  • Type of processing : wet process, wet hulling (Small Holders).
  • Mostly organic farming system, grown under shade trees
  • Excellent aroma and complex flavor, medium acidity and excellent body. Hints of Green Capsicum, frutty.
4. Java Arabica Coffee
  • Geographical Area : Ijen Highland East Java. Registered as Trade Marks with Geographical Name : Java Coffee Jampit, Java Coffee Blawan, Java Coffee Pancur.
  • 1000 m -1500 m altitude, fertile volcanic soil, dry climate, about (11 degree South) latitude.
  • Type of processing : fully washed.
  • Mostly organic farming system, grown under shade trees.
  • Good aroma and complex flavor, high clean acidity and medium body, chocolate and mocca tone.
5. Sulawesi Arabica Toraja Coffee
  • Geographical Area : Tanah Toraja Highland South Sulawesi.
  • 1000 m -1700 m altitude, unfertile to fertile volcanic soil, medium dry climate, very near equator (1 degree South).
  • Type of processing : fully washed Arabica (Estate) and wet hulling washed process (Small Holders).
  • Mostly organic farming system, medium shade trees application.
  • Excellent aroma and coffee flavor, high acidity and medium body, balance bitter hints. Good crop hints of rich port wine and cemony.
6. Sulawesi Arabica Kalosi Coffee
  • Geographical Area : Tanah Toraja Highland (southern Part) South Sulawesi.
  • 1000 m -1600 m altitude, unfertile to fertile volcanic soil, some chalky soil, medium dry climate, very near equator.
  • Type of processing : wet hulling washed Arabica (Small Holders).
  • Mostly organic farming system, medium shade trees application.
  • Good aroma and coffee flavor, medium high acidity and medium body, light bitter hints and chocolate.
7. Bali Arabica Kintamani Coffee
  • Geographical Area : Kintamani Highland Bali.
  • 1000 m -1500 m altitude, fertile volcanic soils, dry climate, very near equator (10 degree South).
  • Type of processing : Fully washed (Estate and Small Holders).
  • Mostly organic farming system, medium shade trees application, very good integrated farming.
  • Good aroma and coffee flavor, medium to high acidity and medium body, lemon hint.
8. Flores Arabica Bajawa Coffee
  • Geographical Area : Flores Highland, Flores Island, East Nusa Tenggara (East Sunda Lesser).
  • 1000 m -1500 m altitude, fertile volcanic soils, dry climate, very near equator (11 degree South).
  • Type of processing : Fully washed (Small Holders).
  • Mostly organic farming system, medium shade trees application, intercropping.
  • Good aroma and excelent coffee flavor, medium acidity and strong body, Hints of citric and chocolate.
9. Papua Arabica Coffee
  • Geographical Area : 1. Baliem Valley, amid the Highland of Jayawijaya. 2. Kamu Valley Area Nabire.
  • 1400 m -2000 m altitude, fertile volcanic soils and fertilizers and pesticides are completely unknown, and grown on very small farmers, nestled under old growth tropical forest.
  • Type of processing : semi washed (Small Farms), wet hulling technique.
  • All coffee is shade grown, in a stunning natural environment that is home to the bird of paradise and uncounted other species.
  • Good aroma, heavy body, with low acidity, chocolate with tobacco note and complex after taste.
